Please note this important information:  Any offer made on a foreclosure has to have a letter from a financial entity that says the buyer is fully approved at the contract price.  This includes cash offers, the letter must say you have the cash available.  They will not process the offer without this letter included with the paperwork.  All offers also require an escrow check for a minimum of 3% (up to 10% for cash) of the contract price.  A photo copy of the check also needs to be included with the offer.
